I was born in Whitaker Hospital  in Pryor, OK on December 21 1941 to Earl and Flora Dooley who lived on the same Indian allotments that I now own. I attended grade school at pleasant view, because they closed Dooley School the year before I started school at 5 years of age with the other three 1st grade students. I started to Chouteau schools in the 7th grade, and graduated in 1959 and married my wife, Betty, of 52 years in Oct. the same year Betty graduated. In 1960, we were both 17 and our first house is still S. Adair in Pryor, OK. It was a 1 room house w/bath on back porch. I worked in Tulsa for 1.00 per hour as a welder-grinder in a chrome shop.

We have 3 sons (Jims, Mike, and Bobby), 3 daughter in laws, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. All three son and all of their grandchildren attended Chouteau schools as did both Jim and Betty.

After 10 years as a drywall contractor, I built homes and operated Chouteau Lumber Co. for 15 years before starting Dooley Fish Farm in 1988. I also started a cow-calf operation on my 160 acre ranch. The cattle ranch has 40 cows and bulls. The catfish farm contained 25 acres in 10 fish ponds to raise and sell channel catfish. We sold processed and live fish to local customers. We opened Dooley's Katfish Korner Restaurant in 1990 after closing the lumber co. and remodeled the hardware store into a kitchen and restaurant that seated 65 and employed 10 people (one of my best customers was my mom). It was a really good place to eat catfish and steak until the railroad canceled our lease and we had to close in 1999.

We tore down the restaurant building, sold my cows, stopped raising catfish, and started school at Vince Mooney's Real Estate School in Tulsa. I graduated and passed the state test in less than 2 months and went to work in Pryor as a realtor in 2000. I sold over 1 million dollars worth of real estate in my second year in business, and have enjoyed selling millions of dollars of real estate in the past 11 years at multi-millions per year.

I have specialized in repo homes since I started in the business, my 50 years of experience in the construction and lumber co. ect. helped me predict the market would make it possible to work in this area of real estate in the future. I have worked for several of the large banks in the part 10 years and sold lots of homes for my clients. The people that I get to help buy and sell their property are a pleasure to work with. I love to help them buy a home or sell their property so they can move to their next home. I like to sell farm and ranch land having lived on my family farm for 70 years, raising my kids in the country.
